TERMS:

Orders received by Trimcraft are shipped via UPS/COD unless credit has been established. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Genoa City, WI unless other arrangements have been made in advance. When credit has been approved, terms are net 30 days from the date your shipment is received, a freight allowance may be applied on certain items. There is no discount allowed on drop ship or air freight or on UPS Hazardous charges. Any invoice not paid in 30 days from the date of our shipment will be considered past due. Past due amounts may be levied a finance charge 1 1/2% per month (18% per annum) until the balance is paid in full. Any account over 60 days will be placed on C.O.D. Trimcraft Aviation, Inc. reserves the right to correct printing errors.

All items in the catalog are covered by the manufacturers standard warranty. If an item is found to be defective within the manufacturers warranty period, it may be returned to Trimcraft for forwarding to the manufacturer. The purchaser assumes all liability for manufacturer.
